The latest technology in a modern setting

The technical equipment of our variable conference rooms in the Lüneburg Heath leaves nothing to be desired. You will receive flipcharts, moderation walls and other moderator equipment such as screen, lectern, beamer and laser pointer or an overhead projector. All equipment is included in the price of the conference package at no additional cost. Of course, all of our conference rooms in the Lüneburg Heath have free WiFi access. From each of the four rooms you have a view of the indoor or outdoor go-kart track. Our seminar rooms can be completely darkened for presentation purposes.

We can provide you with further equipment on request: If you need a 55" flat screen television or a stage, we will be happy to implement this for you, as well as special sound systems in the room and various microphones.

The conference packages also include a high-quality business lunch, which consists of a 3-course menu. From 15 people on you will receive a buffet. You also have the opportunity to combine your conference with an exciting experience on our kart track: Here you have the choice between the short distance with 30 minutes, the medium distance with 45 minutes and the long distance with 60 minutes. Separate changing rooms for women and men are available for groups of up to 50 people.
Renting the restaurant is only possible in conjunction with catering by Ralf Schumacher Kartcenter.
The provision costs include: assembly and dismantling of the selected seating, lighting, heating, air conditioning, final cleaning and event support.
Cleaning: The preparation costs include basic cleaning before and after the event; Intermediate cleaning, e.g. after superstructures, will be billed separately.
Required additional equipment and technical support will be charged according to expenditure.
The prices given for additional equipment are rental prices per day of use and do not include VAT (no rent reduction for hourly use).
All rooms are equipped with at least one television.
All rooms are connected to the house sound system.
